Uslup is built to reflect conversations, not to profile people. This policy explains what we process, why, and the choices you have. We follow a simple rule: describe moments, never people.
Consent first
Uslup analyzes a conversation only after you confirm that every participant agrees to be recorded. If consent is not confirmed, no analysis takes place.
What we process
To produce a report we temporarily process the audio you record so it can be transcribed and analyzed for communication patterns.
We do not log raw audio or transcripts. We never infer gender, age, ethnicity, health, or any personal characteristic.
Your account
If you create an account we store your email address and authentication details to give you access to your reports across devices.
Payments
Subscriptions are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card details; the app store is the source of truth for your subscription status.
Data retention
Reports are kept in your account until you delete them or close your account. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
Your rights
You can access, export, or delete your data, and withdraw consent, by contacting [email protected]. We respond to requests within a reasonable time.
Children
Uslup is not directed at children and should not be used to analyze anyone who has not consented.
